August 15, we stuffed 500 backpacks for local kids to start school! This was a cooperative effort of Northampton & Easthampton Rotary, Kiwanis and Salvation Army. Many thanks to our major sponsors Applied Mortgage, HarborOne Mortgage, Taylor Real Estate, and Walmart of Northampton along with all the local businesses and individuals who contributed to this fundraiser. 500 backpacks were stuffed with school supplies in 45 minutes! After months of hard work and thousands of dollars in donations = happy kids !
